Processing and tracking
According to the manufacturer, orders ship automatically once payment is confirmed. Within a maximum of 60 hours you should receive an email containing a tracking ID and a link to follow your parcel.
Delivery address
- Orders can be sent to a home or work address, anywhere with a physical address.
- The billing address may differ from the shipping address.
- If you entered the wrong address, email the manufacturer's support team as soon as possible so they can correct it before dispatch.
Delays and customs
International orders can be delayed by customs. The manufacturer states that if international shipping time is exceeded, the guarantee period still begins at the moment of delivery. Customs duties or import taxes, where applicable, are typically the buyer's responsibility, so check local rules.
